Williams — Home Addition and Renovation

The Williams project added a full second storey to an existing Burnaby bungalow, more than doubling the home's liveable floor area without the need to purchase a larger lot. LJH Construction managed the structural engineering, permit process, and full construction from start to finish.

The addition introduced three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the new upper level, while the existing ground floor was completely renovated to create a new open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The exterior was reclad and redesigned to present a unified, contemporary appearance.
