D and B Home — Full Home Renovation

The D and B Home project is a full home renovation in Vancouver that transformed a traditional floor plan into a contemporary open-plan living environment. LJH Construction worked with the clients from initial design through to completion, managing every trade and detail in-house.

Key interventions included removing load-bearing walls to open up the ground floor, installing a new kitchen with panoramic cabinetry and a large island, and updating all bathrooms with modern fixtures and tile finishes.

New flooring, lighting, and interior paint complete the transformation. The project demonstrates LJH's ability to dramatically change the feel and functionality of a home without a structural addition — delivering maximum impact within the existing envelope.
