Trafalgar — Laneway Home Addition

The Trafalgar Laneway project delivered a brand new, fully detached laneway home in Kitsilano — one of Vancouver's most sought-after neighbourhoods. LJH Construction managed the full design-build process, from City of Vancouver permit approvals through to final handover.

The two-storey laneway home features an efficient open-plan ground floor with a kitchen, living area, and powder room, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom above. Thoughtful detailing and high-quality finishes punch well above the compact footprint.

Natural light was a priority throughout the design, achieved through carefully positioned skylights and oversized windows. The project adds meaningful housing density while complementing the character of the existing neighbourhood.
