Canada House — Complete Whole-Home Renovation

This East Vancouver home underwent a complete gut renovation, transforming every room from top to bottom. LJH Construction redesigned the open-concept main floor, introducing a custom kitchen with integrated appliances, quartz countertops, and full-height cabinetry that maximizes storage without sacrificing style.

The dining and living areas were reconfigured to create a seamless flow between spaces, with new hardwood flooring, updated millwork, and custom built-ins throughout. Every detail was carefully considered to honour the home's proportions while delivering a thoroughly modern result.

Bathrooms were completely rebuilt with heated tile floors, frameless glass showers, and bespoke vanities. The project earned recognition for its exceptional craftsmanship and the client's vision, executed flawlessly by LJH's design-build team.
